Ceylon Silver Tips White Tea – Hand-Picked, Sri Lanka

Silver Tips is the rarest tea Sri Lanka produces. Only the unopened bud of the plant is picked, by hand, and it is simply withered and dried — never rolled, never oxidised.

The result is a pale golden cup, delicate and faintly sweet, with none of the briskness of a black tea. Brew it gently, well below boiling, and let it sit.
