We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Delivery times

Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 15 working days. You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs

Any delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address is complete and correct before ordering. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll do our best to fix it before dispatch.

Late or missing parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 15 working days, email hello@cozycom.org with your order number and we'll track it down for you.
